Studios and apartments are serviced weekly . For stays of between 8 and 14 days, apartments are serviced mid stay.

Credit card information or a $100 deposit for phone and incidentals must accompany all bookings

Guests are responsible for any fees or charges incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage to the unit or common property resulting from their stay, including any additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items
